In continuation of his state visit to Plateau State, the British High Commissioner to Nigeria, H.E. Mr. Richard Montgomery, met with the Director General of the Plateau State Peace Building Agency (PPBA), Ms. Julie Sanda.
The meeting also had in attendance Chief Technical Adviser on Development Partnerships, Strategic Linkages and the Diaspora to the Governor of Plateau State, Mr. Manji Wilson.
Discussions focused on deepening understanding of the dynamics of conflict in the state and explored areas of possible collaboration and partnership that would further consolidate gains so far recorded in transforming the conflict landscape in Plateau State.
The engagement aligns neatly with the mandate of the PPBA which echoes Gov Muftwang’s commitment to build safe, secure and peaceful communities for all citizens residing in the state.
