The Director General, PPBA Ms. Julie Sanda led other staff of the agency to attend the FY3 Quarterly Review Meeting (QRM) of the Peace Action for Rapid Transformative Nigerian Early Warning, PARTNER Project in Abuja.The PARTNER PROJECT is a USAID support Five-year project with PPBA as a consortium partner.
Other implementing partners are Mercy corps as prime, West Africa Network for Peace, WANEP at the regional level; Institute for Peace and Conflict Resolution, IPCR at the national and; Kaduna Peace Commission, KADPECO and PPBA as implementing partners at the sub-national.
In Plateau State, the project is being implemented in 18 communities cutting across Jos North, Jos South and Mangu Local Government Areas. This QRM reviewed activities and work done in the period under review and developed work plans and strategies to address the violence and post conflict rehabilitation, as well as, foster social cohesion at the aforementioned project sites.
